About Millennium Park
Opened by Queen Elizabeth II in 2003, Millennium Park is Abuja's lungs — a beautifully landscaped 32-hectare public park in the heart of the capital. Wide cycling and walking paths, manicured lawns, an amphitheatre, and a lake make it the city's favourite spot for morning jogs, family picnics and evening strolls. As the sun sets behind Aso Rock and the city cools, this is where Abuja comes to breathe.

Clean, well-maintained and peaceful. Exactly what you need after the hustle of the city streets. No hesitation recommending this to fellow travellers.
Great family spot. The kids had a fantastic time and the facilities were clean and accessible. Already planning to come back with family.
